TEAMS: Buffalo Bills
Here are a few players the Bills fans should watch! #88 Marquise Goodwin (WR) 5ft 9in 179lb from Texas was on the U.S. Olympic track team has been making some amazing deep catches during training camp sessions.  The other Wide-Receivers to watch- #11 T.J. Graham 3rd round pick in 2012 from NC State, #10 Robert Woods 2nd round pick in 2013 draft from USC, #17 DaRick Rogers an undrafted free agent from Tennessee State has looked very good at camp I am looking to see how DaRick does in the game versus the Colts. #14 Brandon Kaufman undrafted free agent from Eastern Washington struggled at the beginning of camp but has really turned things around in the last week he has been making some big catches in camp. Brandon could make the team either the 53 or the practice squad. #86 Terrell Sinkfeld undrafted free agent from Northern Iowa has an unofficial time of 4.19sp in the forty. He has the potential to turn into something special. #81 Marcus Easley was drafted out of U Conn is a very talented player but has been injured the last two seasons hope he can stay healthy so we can see the talent that he can display. The Wide Receivers as a group are the most talented group I have seen on the Buffalo Bills roster in over ten years. Tight ends #87 Nick Provo an undrafted free agent from Syracuse was brought in by current Head Coach Doug Marrone. #3 E.J. Manuel (QB) the first round pick 16th overall in the 2013 draft from Florida State. E.J. has struggled at the start of training camp sessions but turns things around towards the end of the session. He look like the real deal the fans if he starts the season are going to need to be patient with him in his first season fans should look toward the 2014 season when the Bills will have a real shot at making the playoffs. #8 Jeff Tuel (QB) undrafted free agent from Washington State has been very impressive so far in camp. #42 Kendell Gaskins (RB) undrafted free agent from Richmond could push #20 Tashard Choice for the 3rd running-back position. A few defensive players to watch are #50 Kiko Alonso drafted in 2013 out of Oregon.  Could make what was a sub-par group last year into one that can make some plays opposing teams will have to game plan against Kiko Alonso. The other players to watch #27 Duke Williams drafted in the 2013 draft a safety out of Nevada and another safety drafted in the 2013 draft #36 Jonathan Meeks out of Clemson.

Manuel starts off slow, ends en fuego for Bills

The pressure was on E.J. Manuel and the Buffalo Bills. Sure, it’s only preseason, but when a quarterback is taken in the first round, and the only one at that, much is expected. The debut of Buffalo Bills rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel went, well, as expected. C.J. Spiller quickly took pressure off Manuel with a number of solid runs, but it was E.J. who looked like a deer in...

Bills will give C.J. Spiller the ball 'until he throws up'

In stark contrast to how former Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey used running back C.J. Spiller in 2012, the new regime is planning give C.J. a healthy dose of carries this season. Maybe even too much, according to rookie offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett. "It's real simple," Hackett told WGR's "The Howard Simon Show".

EJ Manuel gets the start in preseason opener

Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone announced Friday night that he's going with the rookie EJ Manuel for Sunday night's preseason matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. The start is basically by default as Kevin Kolb is still bothered with a knee injury caused by tripping over a mat at practice, but it serves a purpose where the team gets to see Manuel in a real game...

E.J. Manuel Finishes His Debut on a Positive Note

E.J. Manuel’s first professional game with the Buffalo Bills is in the books, and on paper his debut was a success. Manuel finished the game 16-of-21 for 107 yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Manuel had three rushes or 28 yards, the majority of which came on a 24-yard scramble. Stats aside, Manuel’s debut was a mixed bag. For anyone who watched the game, Manuel had his...

NFL Questions: Is E.J. Manuel the answer for the Buffalo Bills?

The Buffalo Bills have been looking for a steady franchise quarterback since the day Jim Kelly hung up his cleats. Several seasons ago, Buffalo foolishly handed millions of dollars over to Ryan Fitzpatrick and have since moved on. In place is a new coaching staff and supporting cast of quarterbacks. Can rookie E.J. Manuel be the answer to the long standing question of acquiring a...

The pressure is on EJ Manuel this season to not only start for the Buffalo Bills  but play at a high level and help them compete for a wild card spot. Manuel was the first quarterback taken in the 2013 NFL Draft when the Bills selected him with the 15th Overall pick with the hopes he could be their franchise quarterback. There is already pressure when you are the first quarterback...

E.J. Manuel, Bills have strong outing against the Colts

The Buffalo Bills have moved on from their brief and highly unsuccessful Ryan Fitzpatrick era, but there have been a lot of questions about E.J. Manuel’s ability to perform at a high level immediately out of college. If today’s game was any indication, the Bills will be just fine with Manuel under center. Manuel’s stat line, 16 of 21, 1 touchdown and no interceptions, doesn’t...

Bills 'excited about' Manuel's 2-minute drill

BY NICK ST. DENISE.J. Manuel was a little off target early in his NFL preseason debut. For the Buffalo Bills rookie signal-caller, it was all about relaxation."Obviously it was my first time out there," Manuel said Sunday after the team's 44-20 exhibition victory over the Indianapolis Colts. "I wanted to do great, but I thought as a team we played well. The main...

Select Buffalo Bills RB C.J. Spiller in fantasy football without reservations

I’m always skeptical about news that comes out of various NFL camps at this time of the year. Last week, Buffalo Bills rookie offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett told reporters that the Buffalo Bills will feed the ball to RB C.J. Spiller until “he either taps out or throws up.” Interesting. After watching the Bills first preseason game this afternoon, there is little doubt...
