On a rainy Sunday afternoon in Rutherford, New Jersey, fans in MetLife stadium prepared to watch what was sure to be an easy Giants victory over the winless Cleveland Browns. After the opening kickoff, the first play from scrimmage was an Ahmad Bradshaw run and fumble, setting up a quick Trent Richardson touchdown for the Browns, leaving some to wonder whether or not the giants came prepared. After the first 27 minutes of the first half, that feeling was still lingering inside MetLife, but quickly dissipated in the following 3 minutes. The Giants were able to put up a quick 14-points off two costly Browns' turnovers, and headed into halftime up 24-17; they never looking back. After coming back out in the second half it was all Giants. Ahmad Bradshaw dominated the Cleveland defensive front, while Eli Manning lit up the airways and Giants receivers burned the Cleveland secondary, while the Giants defense allowed only a field goal and “garbage-time” touchdown. The game ended with a...

Browns Survey Results: fans expected to lose, but not that badly

Browns fans weren’t overly excited about the game. Even after a 14-0 first quarter lead, it seems the skepticism was warranted. Nearly 30% of Browns fans who filled out our survey thought the Browns would win. I personally thought the Browns had a good chance, for them, but to me that meant 37.2% as I said to Andrew on our latest podcast. Anyway, final score prediction was an eight...

Giants’ Andre Brown tweets during yesterday’s game

New York Giants running back Andre Brown tweeted during yesterdays win over the Browns. Of course Brown ended up deleting the tweet since it’s against NFL rules. I’m sure the NFL will catch wind of this and send him a nice little fine.

Andre Brown Diagnosed with Concussion

Giants running back Andre Brown has been diagnosed with a concussion, according to ESPN New York.Fantasy Spin:Ahmad Bradshaw is back and healthy -- he carried it 30 times for 200 yards in Week 5 -- so Brown won't have much fantasy value going forward. David Wilson scored on a long TD run as well in Week 5 so Brown's backup role may also be in jeopardy if he doesn't recover quickly.

Giants Injury Report: Andre Brown, Chris Snee, Martellus Bennett

New York Giants running back Andre Brown left yesterday’s victory over the Cleveland Browns with what’s been diagnosed as a concussion, reports Mike Mazzeo of ESPNNewYork.com. Brown exited the contest and was ruled out of the game following further evaluation. He’s been a solid backup for Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw. Rookie David Wilson took his place...

Andre Brown Exits With Head Injury

Giants running back Andre Brown left Sunday's game against Cleveland with a head injury. His return is unknown.Fantasy Spin:Bradshaw should take over as a workhorse back with still-in-the-doghouse David Wilson as his backup.

Giants WR Barden cleared, RB Brown has concussion

New York Giants wide receiver Ramses Barden has been cleared to practice and play after sustaining a concussion more than a week ago. But running back Andre Brown is not yet recovered from a concussion from Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Barden was injured on Sept. 30 against Philadelphia. Brown is required to follow the NFL's protocol for concussions before...

Giants rally, keep Browns winless, 41-27

The difference between winners and losers in the NFL sometimes comes down to dealing with tough times. Ahmad Bradshaw and the New York Giants shrugged off their mistakes Sunday, while the Cleveland Browns were burned by them. Bradshaw fumbled away his first carry of the game, then was unstoppable in rushing for 200 yards and a touchdown in a 41-27 victory for the Super Bowl champions...

Fantasy Football Week 5 Preview: Browns at Giants

Cleveland:  Brandon Weeden and the Browns actually gave quite a game to the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football, and they’re not far from starting to string a couple of wins together. Unfortunately for them, they face the defending Super Bowl champions in the NY Giants, which likely won’t help their cause in grabbing a win.Weeden does suddenly look like a real NFL quarterback...

Giants erase early deficit, run away from Browns

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Despite struggling with injuries to key starters, the New York Giants again got a significant contribution from an unlikely source as they overcame a 17-10 second-half deficit to top the Cleveland Browns 41-27 Sunday at MetLife Stadium. This week, the big contributor was third-year man Stevie Brown, who, after playing well last week in relief of injured...

Browns blow early lead, tumble to Giants

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -- Victor Cruz danced behind the Cleveland Browns in the end zone, while Ahmad Bradshaw showed his best footwork all over the field. Cruz made a career-best three touchdown catches and Bradshaw surpassed his yardage on the ground for the season with a career-high 200 as the New York Giants kept Cleveland winless, 41-27 Sunday. Eli Manning hit Cruz for...
