There are a lot of Cowboy’s fans wondering when Jerry Jones is going to smarten up and hire the team a general manager. The fans are saying the Cowboys can’t be a constant contender in the NFL as long as Jones continues to be the teams G.M.. The fans think Jones is trying to do too much and they think bringing in a general manager that knows football can help the Cowboys return to the Cowboys of old, the Winning Dallas Cowboys. The reaction of these fans comes after the Cowboys had a hard time moving the football in their preseason game against the Raiders on Monday night.
