Felix Jones' high ankle sprain makes it unlikely that the Cowboys will deal Tashard Choice before Tuesday's trade deadline. Owner/general manager Jerry Jones said on KRLD-FM that two teams have contacted the Cowboys about Choice, but it's "doubtful" that a trade will be made. "Any time anybody calls you, you give it some thought," Jones said. "But with the injury to Felix and where he is with his sprained ankle, I’m doubtful that anything will happen there. And, no, I don’t see any other trade possibilities." Felix Jones is expected to miss 2-4 weeks. Rookie third-round pick DeMarco Murray, not Choice, got the bulk of the workload after Jones was injured in the second quarter Sunday. With the starting running back in a walking boot and two unproven rookies as the other options, the Cowboys have apparently decided that that having Choice on the roster for the rest of the season is more valuable than the potential late-round pick they could get in return for him.
