Michael Crabtree, WR, San Francisco 49ers Player Profile Height/Weight: 6-1/214 Birthdate: 9/14/1987 School: Texas Tech FANTASY FOOTBALL ANALYSIS 2012 was the year that Michael Crabtree needed to break out and show his true colors. The 49ers weren’t going to keep waiting around for him to develop into a #1 wide receiver. Luckily for them, he pulled through and had 85 catches for 1105 yards and 9 touchdowns. Now, Crabtree will be joined by Anquan Boldin on the other side of the field and it’s either going to hurt or help him. Last year, Crabtree became known as one of the best run after the catch type of players, which we got to see down the stretch of the regular season and throughout the playoffs last year. Now, with Kaepernick at the helm, his future looks even brighter. While the 49ers still need a true deep threat, the fact that they have a ton of weapons in the passing game like Crabtree, Boldin and Vernon Davis means that Crabtree isn’t going to have a hard time getting open....
