GREEN BAY, Wis. Wide receiver Greg Jennings is on the road to recovery after missing the Packers' win over the Chicago Bears with a groin injury.
Tuesday morning, coach Mike McCarthy said he expected Jennings to practice in a limited fashion later in the day. And, as late afternoon rolled around, Jennings was in full pads taking part in Green Bay's practice.
Because the Packers (1-1) do not play until next Monday night, when they travel to Seattle to face the Seahawks (1-1), the team will not officially release an injury report until Thursday.
Jennings, who's been named to the last two Pro Bowls, had only five catches for 34 yards in Green Bay's season-opening loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Jennings exited on the final drive of the game with the groin injury and, partly due to only having four days between games, was unable to play against Chicago.
Running back James Starks (turf toe) and defensive end C.J. Wilson (groin) also participated in Tuesday's padded practice.
