I’m easy money this year Juan…

Alex Smith is finally in the same offense two seasons in a row and he has been a great surprise this season. I liked him as a low end QB2 with upside and that has come to fruition with his early play on the field. Right now he has better fantasy number than Rodgers, Stafford, and Brady.

Smith has exactly 17 points per game in the first 2 games, which isn’t going to win you a championship, but you won’t lose one either. I’d like to see more from Smith, but the 49ers aren’t going to need to throw much more than they are already. Smith has weapons and is efficient, but he won’t be beating out those 3 aforementioned QBs this season.

Moss returns for (final?) game in Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS The number of Randy Moss jerseys in the stands at Mall of America Field prior to Sunday's game between the Vikings and 49ers was an indication that Minnesota fans were excited for the return of one of the Vikings' all-time great wide receivers.
