Mike Garafolo of the USA Today is reporting that 49ers running back Kendall Hunter is done for the season after suffering an ankle injury on Sunday. (Thanks Goodell for re-instating Vilma)
Garafolo is reporting it from a source of anonymity because the 49ers haven’t yet announced how long Hunter will be sidelined.
With Hunter done for the season, look for LaMichael James to be activated on gameday and also expect more carries for Brandon Jacobs.
