"Shady" has found himself in some hot water.

According to CourthouseNews.com, LeSean McCoy is being sued for an alleged incident that occurred on a New Years Eve party bus, which was headed from Philadelphia to a New York City nightclub.

After "McCoy and some of the male guests began to spray the female guests with water," the suit's plaintiff -- who's going by "Mary Roe" -- claims the Eagles' star running back ordered his bodyguard, "Big John," to "get her."

Then, she alleges, McCoy and/or "Big John" struck her in the face, physically restrained her, and poured a beverage on her her hair, clothes, and body. At that point, McCoy allegedly told the bus driver to pull over and he "forcibly ejected" the plaintiff from the bus, leaving her alone on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike.

Following complaints from other guests on the bus, "Mary Roe" was picked up, but then abandoned again at a rest stop.

"Mary Roe" is seeking more than $50,000 in damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence.

McCoy is unlikely to face criminal charges -- and thus discipline from the NFL -- but it's not a good look for one of the league's best players.
