The Detroit Lions have tendered three of their four exclusive-rights free agents, according to the Free Press' Dave Birkett. Fullback Shaun Chapas, wide receiver Kris Durham and safety Ricardo Silva all reportedly received their tenders on Monday. This means all three players will be back with the Lions in 2013. The only exclusive-rights free agent without a tender that we know of is running back Joique Bell. He is a lock to return as well, so it's only a matter of time until he is tendered if he hasn't been already. Source: SBNation.com
