The Dallas Cowboys feel that they have given Felix Jones plenty of chances to succeed. He was handed the starting role as running back and given plenty of opportunities to show that he can be a lead back and receiver out of the backfield. Dallas also even decided to try Jones as a kick returner to show his explosiveness on a regular basis.
But after another costly turnover by Jones on Sunday in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks, the Cowboys may now feel that time is running out on Jones in Dallas.
Speaking about his fumble on the opening kickoff, Cowboys’ head coach Jason Garrett did not shy away from Jones’s future with the team.
“Well, we’re always looking at personnel, to be honest with you, and when you make a play like that, you look hard again at that and what the alternatives are,” Garrett told The Dallas Morning News. “You’ve heard me say up here a lot that you have to have a lot of returner options, because they get taken away from you. And OK, who’s the next guy up? Who can c...

After opening the season by winning on the road against the defending Super Bowl champion New York...

This is yet another opportunity to call out the replacement refs as they missed a huge illegal block delivered to Sean Lee from Golden Tate, one of Seattle’s many hopeful playmakers.
This week Seattle’s entire team can take on the title ‘Beast Mode’ as they smash a Cowboys team who looked great in their opener against the Super Bowl champion New York Giants. Their success...
I hate being right.Every week, I want the Cowboys to win. I believe the Cowboys will win. Only once in the modern era has any NFL fan been right all the way through the season. This loss is a good thing for the Cowboys. They beat an overrated team that got hot at the right time and then lost key pieces. The Giants had lost two key offensive pieces to the San Fransisco 49ers...
I’m sure like all fans, we are just pissed off beyond belief and with plenty reason. The Cowboys let us down, simple as that. Here we are thinking the Cowboys turned the corner after a great win on the road against the champs, but then they don’t even show up in Seattle. So much for thinking the Cowboys were returning to the 90′s, no these are the same ole Cowboys – inconsistent...
