San Francisco 49ers linebacker Patrick Willis is expect to miss Monday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Willis was limited in practice this week and missed the past two games with a hamstring injury. Larry Grant is expected to start in his place on Monday Night Football. Willis has 71 tackles, two sacks and one interception on the season.

The Steelers could get out of facing the best middle linebacker in football this week.  Patrick Willis is listed as questionable but is not expected to play.  He is nursing a hamstring injury.  That is a big loss for the 49ers.  He is their leader.  That makes their defense a lot less scary. It makes it a little less worrisome about putting Roethlisberger on the field.
