Felix Jones will meet with, and work out for, the New England Patriots this week. Ex-#Cowboys RB Felix Jones is visiting #Patriots today and tomorrow. The plan is for him to work out, I'm told. Visited #Eagles recently — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) May 8, 2013  Per NFL.com the Bengals, Eagles, and Patriots are the front runners to sign the 26-year-old free agent running back. Jones, a former 1st round pick out of Arkansas, has played his entire 5 year career in Dallas where he has logged 569 rushes for 2,728 yards (4.8 avg.) and 11 touchdowns. He also averages 2 catches per game played, 8.4 yards per catch, and 3 receiving scores. Jones also has the ability to return kicks. It's worth noting that today (May 8th) is Felix Jones' birthday. This is obviously not an NFL stat, but I wouldn't be traveling to Boston on my birthday unless I thought the Patriots interest was legitimate. @NFLMind

Miles Austin’s job at stake?

Jean-Jacques Taylor of ESPNDallas.com believes third round pick Terrance Williams is an insurance policy for Miles Austin, who’s had a hard time staying on the field over the past two years. Taylor believes Williams could end up taking over for Austin and I agree with him.  His production was off the charts at Baylor.  Williams had 1,832 yards receiving and 12 touchdowns last...

Nothing more. If he wanted it to be more he would have dropped the shoulder pads for a pair...
