Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Mike Williams was cleared to return to practice Wednesday. Williams has been sidelined since suffering a concussion in a game against Atlanta on Oct 2. He missed the following week's game and Seattle was on a bye last week. A former first-round pick in 2005, Williams was out of football for two seasons before resurrecting his career with Seattle last season. He had 65 receptions in 14 games - more than in his previous four seasons combined. Williams had eight catches for 79 yards and a touchdown this season.
