Lions Post:
The revolving door at starting quarterback for the Detroit Lions continues this season, as Shaun Hill is expected to start this week against the Miami Dolphins on the road. Hill has been dealing with a broken index finger, after suffering a broken arm earlier in the season while replacing Matthew Stafford who had a separated shoulder.
Hill will be replacing Drew Stanton who suffered a separated should last week in their road win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His injury is not being reported as severe as the one to Stafford, but the organization has decided to move forward with Hill under center.
Detroit Lions fans would certainly be happy to see the same quarterback under center for at least half of a season.
Last week the NFL made the decision to move the game between the Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants to Ford Field in Detroit. This weekend, the NFL ran a series of spots thanking the Lions and their fans. It was really cool. You can watch it right here.
