Shaun Suisham's 42-yard field goal on the game's final play lifted the Ben Roethlisberger-less Pittsburgh Steelers to a 23-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. In a tie game, the Steelers forced a Baltimore punt with 6:14 remaining and took over at their own 15-yard line. Backup quarterback Charlie Batch, filling in for Roethlisberger, who has shoulder and rib injuries, led a 12-play, 61-yard drive. The key play was a 15-yard Batch pass to Mike Wallace on third-and-7 at the Steelers' 18-yard line. Pittsburgh's final three running plays netted no yards before Suisham's winning kick at the gun. Batch finished 25-for-36 for 276 yards. He threw one touchdown pass and was intercepted once while helping the Steelers (7-5) improve to 1-2 without Roethlisberger. The Ravens (9-3) would have wrapped up a postseason berth had they held onto the 20-13 lead they owned entering the fourth quarter. Batch's 7-yard touchdown pass to Heath Miller with 7:37 left tied the score. Miller finished with a game-high 97 receiving yards on five catches. Emmanuel Sanders, Antonio Brown and Wallace also caught five passes for Pittsburgh, which got 49 yards on 16 carries from Jonathan Dwyer. Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco completed 16 of 34 passes for 188 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Ray Rice gained 78 yards on 12 carries, including a 34-yard touchdown with five minutes left in the third quarter that put Baltimore up by seven. Pittsburgh and the Cincinnati Bengals (7-5) sit two games behind Baltimore with four to play. After the Steelers got the only score of the first quarter, on a 46-yard Suisham field goal, the Ravens ran off the first 13 points of the second quarter. Justin Tucker hit 45- and 23-yard field goals to put Baltimore on top, and then Flacco capped a 69-yard scoring drive with a 28-yard touchdown pass to Anquan Boldin. Suisham connected on a 41-yard field goal on the Steelers' ensuing drive, cutting Pittsburgh's deficit to 13-6 at halftime. Dwyer's 16-yard touchdown run early in the third quarter tied the score.
