The Dallas Cowboys are asking you and indeed all Cowboys fans who plan attending Sunday night’s matchup with the New York Giants in Arlington for a favor: get really, really loud. While the $1.2 billion behemoth that is JerryWorld is among the most astounding sports venues in the world, a lot of folks have come away from games there noting that for all the building’s decadent splendor, it’s just not all that loud. And loud, of course, plays a crucial role in developing a true homefield advantage. “We need them to be loud and take ownership of homefield and what that means,” said veteran tight end Jason Witten this week, per ESPN Dallas. “I think we have some of the best fans out there, but we need them this week.” Outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware has similar aspirations for the fans in attendance Sunday night, adding that they could play a key role in aiding the defense. “It should be the loudest stadium so we have that 12th man,” Ware said. “When our stadium gets loud, you can’t...
