Geoff Mosher reports that Eagles QB Michael Vick still has yet to reached the baseline on the final phase of the required concussion tests.
Vick will be held out of Thursday’s practice, as well as this weekends game against the Dallas Cowboys.
This is quite concerning considering that he has had multiple weeks to pass these tests and he’s still dealing the after effects....

According to a spokesman for UNEQUAL Technologies, Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will don a prototype product under his helmet to ward off concussions if or when he is cleared to return to the field.
