Angelina Mavilia filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Fort Myers after Eric Green failed to make the initial payment on the agreed settlement. According to the court papers, Mavilia was required to drop the lawsuit after receiving a wire transfer, but Green’s lawyer, Rose M. Weber of New York failed to send it. A judge dismissed the lawsuit in June, allowing Mavilia to refile it.
Just a mess…Green signed a contract in 2009 with the Miami Dolphins for $6 million, I doubt if he has $10 million to give to Angelina…but he should have thought about that before he stole her cookies from the cookie jar. No country for rapist! They should be castrated and banished to an island.
This is the third time the lawsuit has been filed. The initial lawsuit was filed in January, but was dismissed because Green was never served.
