Bedard (@GregABedard) November 23, 2012Notice how Wilfork has had two monster games in a row? This coming after Pro Football Focus ranked him as the third worst defensive lineman in the league.Recently, Wilfork has been on a tear and you've seen the results. He's been a part of two huge plays, one the pick six by Aqib Talib and the other the "Ass Fumble" on Sanchez last night. Two of many more.Belichick says that you need to start playing your best football on Thanksgiving, Wilfork's chosen a good time to do it. Let's hope the defense and him can find some consistency and do this for the rest of the season.

Tom Brady, Vince Wilfork, Steve Gregory Feast on Turkey After Thanksgiving Victory Over Jets (Video)

Turkey tastes even better after a victory. Tom Brady and the Patriots were too busy trouncing the Jets 49-19 on Thursday night to worry about a Thanksgiving meal, but that didn’t stop a few of New England’s standouts from enjoying some bird after the game. Brady, Vince Wilfork and Steve Gregory caught up with Michele Tafoya after feasting on Rex Ryan‘s Jets, and the trio received...

Bill Belichick Sound FX (by Viraj Patel) Here’s last night’s Sound FX episode featuring BB, good stuff. Especially interesting how closely he’s shown dealing with the defense while trying to stop the Colts running everything to the Pats defensive right side.

VIDEO: Mark Sanchez fumbles after running into his own lineman

If you're a New England Patriot fan, this is quite possibly the funniest thing you've seen in a football game since Gus Frerotte headbutted a wall. If your a New York Jet fan, this is Exhibit A for all you folks clamoring   for Tim Tebow (psst: he's not the answer). In the video, in case you missed it, Patriot DL Vince Wilfork blocks Jet G Brandon Moore into the hole...

Mark Sanchez Runs Into Own Blocker Leading to Fumble, Patriots Touchdown (Animation)

If you’re a Patriots fan, that was sure a fun second quarter. The Jets handed New England four turnovers and yielded 35 points in just 15 minutes of action — all after a scoreless first quarter. The totality of the Jets’ breakdown is hard to encapsulate with words, but perhaps it was best personified by the image of New York quarterback Mark Sanchez running straight into his...

Week 12 Risers and Fallers: Patriots Give Thanks to Jets' Mistakes in Thanksgiving Route

If there's one person New England Patriots fans should be thankful for, it's Mark Sanchez.  The Jets' inept quarterback had a holiday that he'd like to forget, as the former fifth overall pick bumbled his way around in a laughably bad performance that had Jets fans clamoring for Tebow Time.  Unfortunately (or fortunately) for Jets fans, Tebow never saw the...

Patriots-Jets Live Blog, Second Half

Through one quarter, the Jets had only managed to commit one crushing turnover and were actually hanging with the Patriots. Granted, New England put a touchdown pass on the board to Wes Welker within the first minute or so of the second quarter, but New York responded with what seemed to be a decent drive. But that seemingly productive drive ended with a Shonn Greene fumble. From...
