Ridiculous fines continue to be the norm in the NFL, this time with one coming from the league and the other coming from the Arizona Cardinals.Denver’s Von Miller Fined $25,000 The fine that is coming from the league is on Von Miller who was fined for a hit on Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman that is described as a “hit below the knee.” You have gotta be kidding me.Miller did draw a roughing the pass penalty on the play. Whether or not it was a late hit is not the point, the point is, where is Miller suppose to try and tackle Freeman? He did not hit Freeman in the knee where it could cause a horrible injury similar to what happened to Tom Brady a few seasons ago. He hit Freeman below the knee. What is the worse that is going to happen, Freeman gets a bruise on his shin?
