Bills Sign TE Dominique Jones, Cut OL Mark Asper

  The Buffalo Bills signed tight end Dominique Jones to a contract Saturday and released offensive lineman Mark Asper, per Aaron Wilson. Jones, 26, signed on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Shepherd University back in 2011.
