The 2015 NFL schedule is up on the site now, so a couple of quick notes:
The Steelers have the longest travel drought ending this year, visiting Seattle on 11/29 for the first time since 2003. That game was an exciting Tommy Maddox/Matt Hasselbeck showdown.
We've updated the team travel maps for 2015, San Francisco travels the most miles at 27,998 through the air.

According to...
Matt Hasselbeck wanted one more shot at a Super Bowl ring.
The Colts are giving him a chance.

The quarterbacks get all the woman, but for Matt is was his college sweetheart....
Matt Hasselbeck is stoked about his random drug test administered by the league.
Colts backup QB Matt Hasselbeck recently mentioned that he is open to playing beyond the 2014 season, despite previously suggesting that he was prepared to retire next year
“Ideally, that would be a dream come true,” Hasselbeck said, via Colts.com. “There’s no timetable where I need to make a call on that but I set a short term goal of finishing my contract. I’m...
Matt Hasselbeck is still kicking around the NFL as a trusted veteran backup at age 38. Has he been able to play 15 seasons of professional football because of performance-enhancing drugs? That’s highly unlikely, but all NFL players are subject to random testing throughout the year. Hasselbeck got “the call” on Wednesday, and he had […]
The landscape of sports science is constantly changing.
A panel of athletes and researchers that included NFL quarterbacks Andrew Luck and Matt Hasselbeck gathered last week at the Harvard Innovation Lab in Cambridge to discuss some of the field’s newest innovations — most notably, embedded computer chips that can provide real-time information about an athlete’s health and...
