Report: Seahawks Sign WR Taylor Price

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that the Seahawks are signing free agent wide receiver Taylor Price now that they lost Golden Tate to the Lions. Price, 26, was drafted by the New England Patriots in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft and never lived up to his draft status. He last appeared in a game back in 2011 when he was a part of the Jaguars organization....

Jaguars WR Price dealing with stress fracture in foot

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Taylor Price suffered a stress fracture in his left foot and is expected to miss the majority of the team's offseason program. Price's injury happened while taking part on a running play, the Florida Times-Union reported. Claimed off waivers from the New England Patriots, Price had two catches for 39 yards with the Jaguars in 2011.

The New England Patriots waive WR Taylor Price

The Patriots have released 24-year old WR Taylor Price.  Price played in 3 games for the Patriots this year, but he didn’t catch any passes.  He played in 4 games in his two years with the Patriots and he caught 3 passes for 41 yards (13.7 avg).  This isn’t much of a loss at all for the Patriots.  Price was just taking up roster space for the Patriots.

Patriots release another highly drafted Wide Receiver Remember...

Patriots release another highly drafted Wide Receiver Remember this preseason when Taylor Price had 5 receptions for 105 yards and a TD and we all thought he’d finally be the first Belichick drafted wide out to actually stick? Well not so much. The Pats released Taylor Price today, and given their struggles to stretch the field with the proverbial deep threat when Price had the...

Patriots make WR Taylor Price a late addition to the injury report

We’ve spent much of this week talking about WR Taylor Price, a potential play-maker who the Patriots want to get involved. He said he’s ready. Except… The Patriots added Price to the Injury Report late tonight with a hamstring ailment. He had a similar injury earlier in the season, but it had healed. Then, during today’s session, it tightened back up on him. That’s a tough...

Video of the day: Patriots WR Taylor Price just wants to be on the field

The week started with Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien saying he’d like to see more of WR Taylor Price on the field Sunday. Somehow, someway. Of course, Price was thrilled to hear that. He wants to be on the field, too, provided he earns the trust of QB Tom Brady. Check out my video:

Taylor Price Excited to Receive More Opportunities With Patriots' Offense

FOXBORO, Mass. -- Ever since Taylor Price's sterling preseason debut in August, the Patriots have just been waiting for him to take his game to that level in the regular season. It's been a tough go for Price, who was essentially redshirted during his rookie season in 2010 and injured his hamstring later in the 2011 preseason. He still doesn't have a reception this season...

Patriots to Give WR Taylor Price a Shot

During the week leading up to the Patriots’ bye, I thought that it was time to give Taylor Price a shot at more playing time at wide receiver. Price was injured early in the season and had any time he may have gotten taken up by an ineffective Chad Ochocinco. Price, a third-round pick last year, played in 6 of the offense’s 58 snaps on Sunday against the Steelers, and had a shot...

During a conference call with the media earlier toay, Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien talked up second-year wide receiver Taylor Price, and the need to get him more involved, and more reps during games. ”He’s practiced well. We need to get him in there more,” O’Brien said. ”He’s done a good job in practice. He’s a guy that we’ve got to give him more...
