'Emily in Paris' star Lily Collins announces marriage to Charlie McDowell

Lily Collins is nominated at the 73rd Primetime Emmys later this month along with the rest of her Emily in Paris cast and crew, but nothing will top how September began for her.

The 32-year-old actress announced Tuesday (Sept. 7) that she married Charlie McDowell on Sept. 4 at Dunton Hot Springs in Colorado:

"I've never wanted to be someone's someone more than I do yours, and now I get to be your wife," Collins captioned the blissful photo. "On September 4th, 2021 we officially became each other's forever. I love you beyond @charliemccdowell..."

Collins is the daughter of Grammy-winning musician Phil Collins and Jill Tavelman, who split in the late 1990s, while McDowell is the son of Oscar-winning actress Mary Steenburgen and actor Malcolm McDowell, who divorced in 1990. Steenburgen has been married to Ted Danson since 1995.

Collins and McDowell had been officially romantically linked since August 2019 and became engaged last September.

Maybe the newlyweds will honeymoon in Paris.
