Twins Acquire Eric Orze from Rays; Add Connor Prielipp, 5 Other Prospects to 40-Man Roster 
With it being Rule 5 protection day, there was a flurry of minor moves around MLB and the Twins got involved as well. Reliever Eric Orze, a casualty of the Tampa Bay Rays’ roster crunch, was acquired for minor league pitcher Jacob Kisting.

The Twins announced they’ve acquired reliever Eric Orze from the Rays for minor league pitcher Jacob Kisting. Minnesota takes a flier on the 28-year-old righty as they overhaul a bullpen that they decimated at the trade deadline.
