The Rays had several interesting names getting some reps in international leagues during the offseason. I’ve recapped the performances from some of the standouts below and looked ahead to what it could mean for them in 2026.

Rays sign 23 players in 2024 International Signing period

The Tampa Bay Rays signed 23 players this past Monday as the international signing period officially began. Among the group of teenagers the Rays agreed to terms with, outfielder Leonardo Pineda is the highest rated prospect according to Baseball America and MLB Pipeline.
