Klay Thompson Shares His Special Commute To Work

His one-of-a-kind style and life were on display the other day when Thompson showed fans how he gets to practice with his Warriors.

While many players drive themselves to the court or have a car service get them there, Thompson does things a bit differently.

He takes a boat across the San Francisco Bay, with his adorable dog riding beside him.

A lot of people have said that Thompson always seems relaxed and low key and you can imagine why with this special ride to work every single day.

Thompson has a lot to think about as he takes the ride across the Bay to the Warriors’ practice gym.

He has to think about his return to the team last season after years away because of injury and how that helped his crew return to – and win – the Finals.

He also has to think about getting even better, as even he would admit he wasn’t at 100% for much of 2021-22.

In the months ahead, Thompson will likely get stronger and more into the swing of things.

That means the Warriors may get even better in 2022-23.

So, another Finals victory might just be a few months away.

Obviously, Thompson has to keep his eyes on the water and command his vessel safely but he also has tons to think of and contemplate and get excited about every day.
