After the news broke that the Cardinals traded away Isaiah Simmons in exchange for a 7th round draft pick, All-Pro WR DeAndre Hopkins had a few words for his former team.
Hopkins took to Twitter shortly after the trade was announced.

The two were teammates on the Cardinals for three seasons, sharing in all the highs and lows that those years brought.
And Hopkins is not the only one who believes that the Giants robbed the Cardinals with this trade.
Fans across social media expressed their dissatisfaction with the Cardinals, criticizing them for not attempting to secure more value, rather than essentially giving Simmons away for free.
The Cardinals must have REALLY hated Isaiah Simmons to give him away for that.

Trading Isaiah Simmons for almost nothing is not an indictment on Monti Ossenfort in the least.
