Devon Marshall’s first NFL camp did not end the way NC State Wolfpack fans hoped, as the Jacksonville Jaguars have waived the former NC State cornerback from injured reserve with an injury settlement, ending his brief stay with the club that signed him as an undrafted free agent after the 2026 draft.

Jaguars Signed DT Tommy Akingbesote, Waived CB Devon Marshall
The Jaguars announced on Sunday that they have signed former Bills DT Tommy Akingbesote and waived CB Devon Marshall in a corresponding move. Akingbesote, 23, is a former seventh-round pick by the Cowboys in the 2025 NFL Draft out of Maryland.
