ECHL: Zachary Emond Heads Overseas

The Trois-Rivieres Lions have suspended goaltender Zachary Emond to keep his ECHL right as he’s overseas to Slovakia to play with HC Banska Bystrica. Emond, 24, played in 13 games this season with the Lions, putting up a record of 10-3 with a 2.21 GAA, .927SV%, and one shutout, he hasn’t played since January 31st.

ECHL: Zachary Emond Named Goaltender of the Week | 12/02-12/09/2024

Trois-Rivieres Lions goaltender Zachary Emond has been named the ECHL Goaltender of the Week, beginning December 2nd and ending December 9th. The 24-year-old goaltender went 2-0 with a 1.00 GAA and .929 SV% in two starts, including a 35 shutout vs Maine Mariners on Sunday.
