Aboukhlal: ‘Right decision to join Torino’ in 10m deal

Zakaria Aboukhlal underwent the first part of his Torino medical today in a €10m transfer from Toulouse. ‘It was the right decision to come here.’ He arrived for his medical tests this afternoon and will finish off the process on Tuesday morning before putting pen to paper on the contract.

Torino are expected to complete their swoop for Toulouse attacking winger Zakaria Aboukhlal and also enter talks for Eljif Elmas of RB Leipzig. The Granata sent director of sport Davide Vagnati out to Germany today to attend the pre-season friendly match between Toulouse and RB Leipzig in Villingen-Schwenningen.
