The Indiana Fever have been hit hard by the injury bug this WNBA season, with Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, Sydney Colson and Aari McDonald all missing time at some point. One steady presence in the lineup has been Lexie Hull, who’s stepped up in their absence by giving the Fever valuable minutes both as a starter and off the bench.

Through 35 games, the 6-foot-1 guard is averaging 6.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.

On Tuesday afternoon, a fan posted an AI-generated video on social media of Lexie Hull, highlighting her basketball journey — from being in school at age six, to competing in high school at 15, to her career at Stanford and now in the WNBA with the Fever.

"Lexie Hull, the last of the Mohicans," the fan captioned the video.

The video quickly began trending, and Lexie Hull’s mother, Jamie Hull, came across it. She watched the entire clip and noticed one mistake — the opening scene actually featured her other daughter, Lacie Hull, when she was little.

"This is crazy! Jamie Hull said. "Funny because the first little kid photo is actually Lacie. ."

Lexie and Lacie Hull are Twins

Lexie Hull and Lacie Hull are identical twins, both born on Sept. 13, 1999, in Spokane, Washington. It’s hard to tell them apart, as they’ve not only looked alike their whole lives but also grown up doing many of the same things.

The sisters went on to play together at Stanford, where they won the national championship in 2021 and reached the Final Four in 2022.
