Texans Should Inquire about McCoy

The Houston Texans have done a great job the past few seasons of creating depth to a roster compared to previous seasons they have never had. Look no further than the 2011 season where injuries plagued a Texans team, but the “Next Man Up” mantra seemed to show up week after week.  The Texans should not stop looking for depth and start by kicking the tires on Cleveland Browns...

Baltimore Ravens sign WR Jacoby Jones

Jones is a pretty mediocre receiver. He’s been given plenty of chances to lock down a starting job with the Texans, but struggled to hold off Kevin Walter. He’s never gone over 51 catches for 562 yards in a season, which he did in 2010. Last year, even with Andre Johnson missing a lot of time, he still managed just 31 catches for 512 yards. He’s a decent return man, but shouldn’t...

Draft Grades: Houston Texans

This draft was an opportunity for the Houston Texans to solidify a few holes in an effort to make a deep playoff run in 2012. Whitney Mercilus will help ease the pain of losing Mario Williams, and should excel in Wade Phillips’ defense....
