OREGON STATE HAS long known about Nick Mitchell, the Snoqualmie, Wash. quarterback who verballed to Oregon State. His brother, OL Josh Mitchell, was a signing member of OSU’s 2012 class. But what does the younger Mitchell bring to the table?
