Unreal. The fact that Louisville just won the Big East tournament for the second time in four years, is unreal. Before the season started, I think we somewhat expected this. Two weeks ago, I’m not sure how many people thought it was even possible. Over the last four days, not only has this looked like a completely different team, but they looked a lot better than their opponents. I think fatigue showed a little bit in last night’s game, but that was a little expected. Peyton Siva’s miraculous performances over the past four days, might  make people forget his somewhat disappointing regular season. Siva was named MVP of the tournament. He totalled 10 points, four rebounds and five assists in the championship game. In four games throughout the tournament, Siva averaged 13.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 2.7 steals. Those numbers are pretty damn impressive. When he’s playing like that, Louisville can compete with anyone.
