Miami RB Duke Johnson (pictured) The 2013 Preseason All-ACC Team by College Football Universe has been released. Florida State has the most first team players with four. Next up on first team selections, Clemson and North Carolina tied with three each.  Duke, Miami, Pitt, and Syracuse all had two apiece and to finish up the first team, Georgia Tech, Maryland, NC State, Wake Forest, Virginia, and Virginia Tech all had one each. No school really dominated with every program except Boston College having a player named to the first team. Clemson Quarterback Tajh Boyd is regarded as the ACC Player of the Year. Boyd was my vote at the ACC Media Days and he was the near unanimous vote for the ACC POY by the media.
