Aaron Murray, quarterback of the Georgia Bulldogs, has not been doing very well against the Ole Miss Rebels for a battle that could win them the SEC East if they also beat Auburn. Things were not going their way until Murray scrambled to the right of the field on 3rd and 25 and completed a Hail Mary pass to an open WR. If Georgia and Mark Richt can pull off this win against Hugh Freeze, all they have to do is beat the Auburn Tigers and they will make it to the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta, Georgia. Mark Richt will stay off the hot seat for another year and Will Muschamp will miss out on his first SEC East championship of his career. He can never beat Georgia.

Georgia Handles Ole Miss 37-10

Ole Miss jumped out to a 10-0 second quarter lead on the road and it looked like Georgia would struggle in this one. They did struggle but only for one half of football. Georgia called a play-action fake on a third and short and Aaron Murray hit a wide open, and when I say wide open I mean fifteen yards wide open, Marlon Brown for a 66 yard TD bomb. Right before the half, Georgia...

What to look for - Ole Miss

Big game for the Georgia Bulldogs. Here's my keys to the game. Ole Miss has a very balanced offense. I think we try to bottle them up on the ground and force them to beat us through the air. We need a good game from our safeties. A real good game. Last year in Oxford Grantham's defense exploded for 4 sacks for a loss of over 40 yards. Last week we had 5 sacks for exactly...

Georgia Bulldogs: Don’t Mess Around Against Ole Miss

Here’s the gist of the “don’t-get-too-cocky-and-lose” argument for the Bulldogs this weekend: Ole Miss is ready to play spoiler, don’t get caught slippin’.

No. 7 Georgia 37, Mississippi 10

One of Mark Richt's oldest trick plays gave Georgia the lift it needed to remain on track for a shot at the SEC title. Aaron Murray threw four touchdown passes and No. 7 Georgia overcame a slow start to beat Mississippi 37-10 on Saturday and move one win away from a spot in the Southeastern Conference championship game. Georgia (8-1, 6-1 SEC) trailed 10-0 before scoring 37...

Ole Miss shut down in 37-10 loss to No. 7 Georgia

Mississippi's offense had been on a roll before facing Georgia's talented defense. Mississippi's two-game winning streak under first-year coach Hugh Freeze ended as the Rebels were held to their fewest points of the season in Saturday's 37-10 loss to No. 7 Georgia. Georgia's defense, coming off last week's 17-9 win over then-No. 3 Florida, held Ole Miss...
