LOL...somebody up there is gettin desperate. Gators and Dawgs know how tough this game can be and neither would gaurantee a three touchdown win. Its totally bogus.
TEAMS:
On Saturday, the “World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party” will convene in Jacksonville for the Florida-Georgia game. The rivalry itself is big on its own, but because of the rankings on the two teams, the game is even bigger. Florida comes into the game undefeated and ranked No. 2 in the BCS and Georgia is 6-1 and ranked No. 10. So the outcome will not on affect the SEC East race, but also the National title race. But just when you thought the rivalry couldn’t get more heated, Florida fans go and take out an ad in the UGA student newspaper promises a 3 touchdown win for the Gators. Our only question is who on the UGA student newspaper staff approved this ad? [Saturday Down South] The post Florida fans took out an ad in the UGA student newspaper promising a win by 3 touchdowns first appeared on No Guts, No Glory.

Georgia will not allow recruits to attend Florida game
On Saturday one of college football’s greatest traditions will once again play itself out.
The University of Georgia will meet the University of Florida on neutral ground for what is widely considered as the Cocktail Bowl.
Having attended the affair, it can be said will all sincerity that the Cocktail Bowl is a southern slice of sin unlike any other.

THE SEA WAS ANGRY
Will Muschamp fumes at Florida player
Florida Gators head football coach Will Muschamp was very angry on the sidelines during Saturday's SEC game against Georgia, as evidenced by one rant caught on camera directed towards tight end Clay Burton.
If he was like that during the game, imagine what kind of mood Muschamp must be in now after Florida lost the game, 17-9. Probably not too happy. Popout Video via...
Week 9 predictions: Florida can already clinch?
The only thing that kept me from a perfect slate last week was my inkling that Tennessee might beat Alabama at night at their place. I would say I was wrong, but is picking against Alabama every really wrong? Is it? I even got the upset special. I think I'm up to four correct picks on those for the year. Anybody wanna buy any stock in the 'Blogle?
Last Week: 7-1

Video: Florida’s Will Muschamp looked like a wild man during loss to Georgia
Check out the video. Florida Gators’ head football coach Will Muschamp looked like a wild man as he yelled at Gators tight end Clay Burton during the Florida vs. Georgia SEC showdown. There was good reason. No. 10 Georgia upset No. 2 Florida, 17-9.
Jordan Reed fumbled by goal line and appeared to cry on Florida’s bench
Florida lost to Georgia 17-9 in Jacksonville on Saturday for their first defeat of the season, and perhaps nobody was more heartbroken about the loss than Jordan Reed. The junior tight end led the Gators with five catches for 74 yards, but he had one costly mistake at the end of the game.
Reed caught a pass from Jeff Driskel on second-and-six with 2:22 left in the game. He broke...
Georgia Bulldogs: Tavarres King on Aaron Murray, ‘He did sign up for that scrutiny’
Another big game on the horizon for the Georgia Bulldogs means another pit stop off into the ‘can Aaron Murray win the big game’ conversation. It’s a conversation that’s been tossed, debated, and hit upon enough that it’s almost annoying at this point, but as wide receiver Tavarres King puts it, it comes with the territory. “His every move is watched on and off the...

Georgia Opens Up SEC and National Championship races with wild 17-9 win against Florida
Georgia’s 17-9 win over Florida wasn’t pretty, and it might not have happened if not for a wild play in the final few minutes to seal the win. But the Bulldogs did in fact seal the victory Saturday, their second straight over Florida.
In the process, they may have blown open the SEC Championship and BCS title races as well.

Tailgating Georgia Style - Fit For A Cocktail Party
18 of 22. I’m more sick of hearing those 2 numbers than I am political/election ads. I’m even more sick of seeing that left number rise most every year. Another set of numbers I’m tired of seeing rise is that of Mark Richt’s losses against ranked opponents in the last few years. In case you haven’t heard, Coach Richt is 0 for 10 against the last 10 ranked opponents. That...
Watkins Finding Motivation from a Year Ago
It may have been the biggest of turning points for Florida junior cornerback Jaylen Watkins. A year ago, in the Georgia game, Watkins was victimized by a fourth down pass for a touchdown in a game that was decided by less than a touchdown. Watkins spent a while early in the year at safety, was just getting a little more comfortable at corner, but this moment changed everything.

JACKSONVILLE - Mark Richt talks about Georgia's 17-9 win over Florida.
Notebook: Linebackers improving every week
The injury to Jelani Jenkins tested the depth of the Gators at linebacker early this season, but with him healthy, the Florida linebacker unit is playing better. Jenkins’ injuries forced freshman Antonio Morrison and redshirt sophomore Michael Taylor to step up. With the depth improved, the Gators also have a middle linebacker that Will Muschamp thinks is one of the best in the nation.

Richt on Williams:
“Sometimes a guy’s got to step up and say something,” Richt said Wednesday. “Now, I don’t think it’s right to necessarily make it as public as it was. A lot of times, there are meetings where players get together and say, ‘You know what? We’ve got to get better. It starts with me.’ I think...
