Fresno State Bulldog wide receiver Isaiah Burse doesn’t just catch passes from quarterback Derek Carr.  Burse is an all-purpose performer. The senior from Modesto California also returns punts and kicks and then some for the Bulldogs. On Tuesday, College Football Performance Awards announced it’s 2013 All-Purpose Performer of the Year Watch List and the 6-0, 179 pound Burse made that list. With just 15 more kickoff returns needed, Burse can become the NCAA all-time leader.  He would surpass Tyron Carrier from Houston (2008-20011). As a wideout, Burse has caught 110 passes for 1,477 yards during his three years as a Bulldog. Burse has caught, rushed and passed for a touchdown in his career.  Like I said, Burse is an all-purpose performer. The question is will he be The All-Purpose Performer of the Year. Be sure to stay tuned!Tweet
