Throw The Flag:
All reports from the internet indicate that Gary Pinkel has resigned as head coach of the Mizzou Tigers after a season in the Southeastern Conference with a lackluster performance. Out of the two teams that joined the SEC on July 1st, 2012, Missouri is doing the worst and Texas A&M is doing amazing with Johnny “Football” Manziel with Heisman trophy expectations.
Pinkel who got a DUI last year was kept at his position by the Mizzou Tiger staff. There was even a website dedicated to firing Gary Pinkel that was just Microsoft Paint images and terrible scribblings. The above photo is of Gary Pinkel’s mugshot that was photoshopped by @ecuamerican (who is a friend of the site, give him a follow) wearing a pink hat that can hold up to two beers. It’s just a flawless representation of the Pinkel era at Mizzou. DUIs, losses in the SEC, and a terrible transition from the Big 12 to the SEC. Adios Gary Pinkel! Have a couple of beers tonight to take the edge off.
