If Robert Lester was disappointed Sunday, now he can focus on what it will take to remove that disappointment in a couple of weeks. Before the Alabama football team broke for Christmas, Lester was asked about gifts, and noted that “since I got into my 20s, I don’t get them anymore.”

Tide Hopes To Ring Out 2011 With Win

It hasn’t been a great December for Alabama men’s basketball, but the Crimson Tide is expected to end 2011 in celebration mode when Bama hosts Jacksonville (Fla.) at 8 p.m. CST Thursday in Coleman Coliseum.
