This has to be one of the classier moves that I have heard about from the college football world.  Montgomery is one of the best defensive ends in the country and is currently ranked 12th on Mel Kiper’s Big Board for the draft. Both hailing from South Carolina, Montgomery considers Marcus Lattimore to be a “dear friend” and will write his number on some tape on his arm for the rest of the year.  There was some speculation that he considered changing to #21, but there is already a #21 on offense and defense on LSU so changing would be even harder. LSU’s Associate sports information Director tweeted this out when he heard:Yep, not only good player but a good manRT @aschoffespn: Montgomery with No. 21 on his arm is really cool to me. Nice gesture by the big man— Bill Martin(@LSUBillMartin) October 31, 2012This move will certainly gain some attention on Saturday for LSU’s big game against Alabama.H/T: Yahoo Sports
