Chip Kelly’s much-discussed snub of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was the top headline Monday, especially after releasing a statement saying he has “unfinished business” to accomplish with the Ducks.
ESPN’s Joe Schad, the enterprising reporter he is, relayed this information with the following tweet:

The term “unfinished business” is familiar to Barkley. When the USC quarterback announced last month he would forgo the NFL Draft and return for his senior season he said: “This 2012 team has some serious unfinished business to attend to and I plan to play a part in it.”
