The USC Trojans started the season ranked in the top 3 in both the Associated Press and Coaches polls, but after 4 disappointing losses have dropped out of the top 25 completely.
This has a lot of USC fans calling for Trojan coach Lane Kiffin to be fired. Kiffin has lost some big games this year by very small margins.

L – Arizona 39 -36
L – Oregon 62 – 51
L – UCLA 38 – 28
The loss to UCLA was the first time the Trojans had lost to the Bruins since 2006 and has caused media in L.A. to put the spotlight on the Bruins head coach Jim Mora.
USC Athletic Director Pat Haden is confident in Kiffin though telling L.A. Times columnist Bill Plaschke “Lane is my head coach”.
“Lane is my head coach, 150%,” Haden told Times columnistBill Plaschke. “Now and hopefully for a long time.”
Haden apparently expressed his confidence in Kiffin before the UCLA game to the coach himself. Telling media members he “sees the potential” and that “I like what he’s done”.
The vote of confidence may stir the Trojan fans a little, but Haden is right, the Trojans are better off sticking it out with Kiffin for a little while, even if he doesn’t give the greatest interviews sometimes.
