One of the best recruiting tools that SEC teams have is the ability to say they put players in the NFL. Once again, the conference had more draft picks than any other, having 49 players selected in the 2014 NFL Draft. The ACC was second with 42, the Pac-12 third with 34.  No SEC team does a better job of getting players to the pros than LSU, and a day following the conclusion of the draft, the Tigers’ football program is promoting that.  #LSU had NINE picks in the 2014 #NFLDraft the most in the country! LSU had the No. 2 recruiting class in the country in 2014, trailing only Alabama.
