Christine Michael made a huge impact during his time playing for the Texas A&M Aggies. Michael rushed for a solid 417 yards on 88 attempts, averaging nearly 5 yards per carry. His stats senior year declined since his previous seasons, but Michael no doubt still affected the Aggies in a positive way.  The halfback's stats decreased as he came off an injury his junior year, tearing the ACL in his left knee. We saw some improvement from Michael during his senior year, but very minimal. Injuries can be a good thing in a way, for the Jets favor. They may push this running back down to around the 3rd or 4th round. This give the Jets leniency while they can keep him on the radar as he's overlooked, if they choose to go in that direction. There's no doubt that Michael's skills are impressive (when healthy). Christine Michael excels at hitting the hole on the offensive run scheme. He is dynamic in his cuts and bursts past from defenders with a well-known spin move.  If Michael gets back to his level of game, he could be a great piece to the Jets' run puzzle this upcoming year. Powell/McKnight/Michael would be a great rotation to go around in the West Coast Offense. This gives each player ample rest, while keeping opposing defenses on their toes. Christine Michael would look great in Green and White. Consistency was his definition before the injury, can he get back to that form? I think if given the chance in the 4th round, the Jets should take a chance on him. He's no stranger to the weight room and I'm sure he's hungry to redeem himself on the gridiron.
