Michael Rocco will have to sit out the season at Richmond after the NCAA denied his appeal for a transfer exception. The former Virginia quarterback transferred after last season. Spiders coach Danny Rocco says he's disappointed with the ruling, but that his nephew can practice with the team throughout the season.
