Theres no slowing Johnny Manziel. Well, at least not until Texas A&M plays LSU (Saturday) and Alabama (Nov. 10). The Aggies freshman quarterback dominated again in a 59-57 victory over Louisiana Tech, leading this weeks SEC Honor Roll: High Fives Jeff Driskel, Florida: Vanderbilt had no answers for the running of Florida QB, who rushed for 177 yards and three TDs on only 11 carries. He outran most of the Vandy defense on a 70-yard scoring run that helped Driskel break Tim Tebows single-game school record for rushing yards by a QB (166). I didnt think he was that fast, Vandy CB Andre Hal said afterward. Marcus Green, Mississippi State: The tight end nearly doubled his seasons total of catches, with six catches for a career-high 71 yards and two scores in the win over Tennessee. He has 13 receptions this year, but five have been for TDs, which is second on the team. A.J. Johnson, Tennessee: He ran into Mississippi State players 21 times, becoming the first Tennessee player with 20-plus tackles since 1964. Johnson, who also has three TDs in the goal-line package, has had at least 11 tackles in each of the past three games and leads Tennessee with 41. Bo Wallace, Mississippi: The Rebels broke their 16-game SEC losing streak thanks to Wallace, who ran for two TDs, threw a scoring pass and caught a TD pass in the 41-20 win over Auburn. Wallace threw for 226 yards (17-for-22), rushed for 39 and caught one pass for 25 yards. Damontre Moore, Texas A&M: There wasnt a lot of defense on display in the Aggies 59-57 win over Louisiana Tech, but Moore stood out with 17 tackles, a blocked kick, 1 sacks and another tackle for loss. He leads the SEC with 8 sacks. Disappointment of the Week Tyler Bray, Tennessee: He threw two TD passes, but completed only 13 of his 24 attempts (54.1 percent) for 148 yards and couldnt rally Tennessee from falling to 1-10 in its past 11 SEC games. Top WRs Justin Hunter and Cordarrelle Patterson combined for only four catches. Player of the Week Johnny Manziel, Texas A&M: The SECs offensive player of the week was unstoppable once again. He set the conference single-game record with 576 total yards in a 59-57 victory over Louisiana Tech, bettering his own record, set earlier this season. He is the first player in SEC history to have more than 500 yards of total offense in two games. By the way, hes just a freshman. Coach of the Week Les Miles, LSU: One week after a loss to Florida in which the LSU offense couldnt move the ball, the Tigers rushed for 258 yards against a strong South Carolina defense behind a makeshift offensive line. Jeremy Hills 50-yard fourth-quarter TD run helped seal the win. The Tigers were 11 of 19 on third-down conversions in the game.
