Washington State linebacker C.J. Mizell has been arrested in a weekend fight at a fraternity house party. Pullman police say Mizell was arrested Sunday on misdemeanor charges of assault and trespassing. He was taken to jail but released on his own recognizance. Police say Mizell tried to enter a party at the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house on Saturday night.

Washington State linebacker C.J. Mizell has been arrested in a weekend fight at a fraternity house party.
KENNEWICK -- Washington State quarterback Connor Halliday, who came on strong late in the 2011 season before going down with a lacerated liver injury, is progressing nicely in his recovery. WSU's new director of football operations, asked Friday about the sophomore-to-be, shied from going into detail but offered clues to Halliday's outlook for spring ball, which starts March 22.
